To my dear patients,
I wish to let you know that I will be taking indefinite leave from Jasper Medical at the end of June. This has been a very difficult decision for me and comes with a lot of sadness. At this time, I need to be in a better position to focus my energy on my family. I will continue to work in a smaller role in the medical field away from general practice, which will allow me to achieve the right balance.
Rest assured that you will be in excellent hands with the other doctors here at Jasper Medical. All your medical records are up to date and will remain at the clinic. Either reception staff or I can arrange an introduction to another doctor for you to continue your care. I have attached a list of the doctors at the practice overleaf who are currently accepting patients. When you call to book your appointment, please mention you were a patient of Dr Blombery.
I would like to thank you all for the opportunity to be involved in your medical care and your lives, for some of you over many years. It has been an honour and I will miss seeing you all.
